Every year we go on one trip that we call Steinsholt’s Special. In 2021, we are going to cross Iceland via Kjöl, a
route that lies between Hofsjökull and Langjökull. Each trip is about 270 km. We decided to do this trip again,
as we have done it before, and it is so great. This excursion is only for experienced riders. The price of this
excursion includes transport to and from Reykjavík. See information about these two excursions. MAX 16 guests
on each tour.

You will be picked up at the Reykjavík bus station (BSÍ) at 18:00 and driven to Steinsholt where we have dinner

the night. Helgaskáli is a classic Icelandic highland cabin, without electricity and shower. Distance: 39 km.
Day 3: Saturday, 24. July
We ride from Helgaskáli to Mikluöldubotnar and from there to Leppistungur. This is a path that not many people
take, and we are therefore “alone in the world”. Leppistungur is a classic Icelandic highland cabin, without both
electricity and shower. Distance: 38 km.

This day we continue from Áfangi and down to Vatnsdalur to the guesthouse Hof where we spend the night. It is
